    • Quick Build Estimate (QBE) to give you a ballpark cost and ensure your design matches your budget.

  • We work collaboratively with you (and your designer or architect if you have one) to finalise the details, so we can deliver a clear and reliable quote.

    • Work with you and your designer to finalise plans and selections.

    • Consult with our trusted suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing.

    • Plan out and strategise the construction method and timeline.

    • Deliver a detailed Scope of Works, fixed-price quotation, and schedule.

  • From the first day on site to well after handover, we’re there with skill, communication, and care.

    • Precision craftsmanship at every stage of the build.

    • A client portal (through our building software) with an app on your phone: progress photos, videos, payment schedule, contract documents, updates — everything in one place.

    • Final handover of your finished home or renovation.

    • Post-build support, including defect liability and maintenance during the warranty period.
